Nathanael recently started up Beaches Bee Haven
in South Carolina and is also working to get his local bee club
off the ground. He will be giving a presentation on IPM as it relates
to wax months, beetles and other six legged pests. His club has
had positive experiences with wax and beetle traps; which have the
added benefit of providing "beetle counts" from which you can measure
the seriousness of your pest problems. He will also talk about the
joys and challenges he has had in starting and running an apiary
and a club and share some of the resources he has found on the web.
